Like many other projects developed for the urban area of the harbour, this one also has that spatial
permeability consisting in the absence of facades closed by flat envelopes with doors and windows. The
permeability consists in having large gaps in elevations where we see the space cross between the
residential units from side to side.
Designed at a sensible distance from the moorings, the 12 buildings crown and embrace the gulfs to which
they belong with a soft presence.
On the ground floor, a villa with garden and swimming pool while on the other a large garden with swimming
pool and in the back of this garden there are large garages.

flower boxes that accommodate trees of balanced dimensions according to the intended positions.
