HARBOUR

The area occupied by the navigability of the boats is equal to 550,000 square meters, with a total length of the free
mooring docks of 7,400 meters. Here can dock their boats the owners of the apartments, the residents of the villas
without private dock and also the owners of boats and yachts who intend to use only the mooring can moor.
The preliminary design of the maritime works in the navigable basin, at the entrance and the initial part of the internal
port, foresees a depth of 5 m. while the remainder is 3.5 m.
The depth of the first stretch of the internal port, therefore 5 meters, will allow boats of considerable size such as
yachts to make the necessary maneuvers to dock at a dedicated pier.
In the islands there are a total of 100 quays, one for each villa, and in the peninsulas 8 quays, one for each villa.
South of the intervention area, there are 24 villas, each of which with its own quay.
The project includes an internal quay of 160 ml. dedicated to refueling, an external one in the hatch to refuel the
hydrofoils that sail towards the numerous tourist resorts, such as the islands, and, finally, a fuel service station will be
built on the storage and hauling quay.
