COIPA CONVENTION HALL

The complex boasts:

•  1 plenary hall (amphitheater shape) with a capacity for 2.700 seats, which can be divided thanks to a
  movable wall into 2 rooms of the same size (3.200 sqm net);
•  8 exhibition spaces on the ground floor, in direct contact with the central foyer (7.000 sqm net)
•  8 meeting rooms on the first floor, each of which with a capacity of 260 seats and each of which can be
  divided into 3 rooms thanks to a series of movable walls (2.500 sqm net);
•  areas at the head of each room (plenary and meeting), dedicated to registration, cloakroom and
  storage;
•  1 lounge for private meetings (650 sqm net);
•  2 foyers, one entrance and another central full-height (5.000 sqm net);
• 2 coffee bars, each of which has its own operating space behind it with storage (900 sqm net);
• 5 coffee points, which can be set up if necessary;
• warehouses and technical rooms suitable for any catering services, which can be reached directly from
  the outside, without intersecting the paths of the guests;
• 17 toilet blocks, of which 14 for the public (located in easily accessible locations) and another 4 for staff
  (with changing rooms). Each block is divided between men and women and also includes rooms
  suitable for use by people with reduced mobility;
• 22 passenger lifts, 6 goods lifts and 8 fire escapes with ramp width 180 cm;
• an operational area – intended as a control room and room for simultaneous translations – to support the
  aforementioned plenary room (300 sqm net);
• an office block for administration and management (600 sqm net);
• a roof top accessible to the public, protected by a shading structure and reachable thanks to all the lifts,
  freight elevators and stairs provided (10.000 sqm net);
•  a technical area on the roof, suitably confined, for housing the air treatment and air conditioning
  systems (5.000 sqm net).
