Ethio Rail Construction and Consultancy Group (ERCCG) is a multidisciplinary infrastructure firm under establishment by Ethiopian Rail Company (ERC), COIPA and its industrial partners, focused on delivering high-impact, sustainable construction and consultancy solutions across Ethiopia, Sudan, and East Africa.

Our services cover the full project lifecycle—from design and supervision to construction, materials supply, and technical training.

  • Weldia–Wereta–Azezo–Metama to Port Sudan Line
    Description: A strategic rail corridor linking northern Ethiopia to Port Sudan, improving trade logistics.

  • Addis Ababa Light Rail Project (Completed 2015)
    Overview: The first light rail system in Sub-Saharan Africa.
    Scope: 34.25 km of urban rail across Addis Ababa.

  • Djibouti–Ethiopia Standard Gauge Railway (SGR, Completed 2018)
